Auto Disconnect

• Users have the ability to import delinquent customers into our Auto Disconnect program
  
  
• Users can edit this list to remove customers they don't want to disconnect
• Users can maintain a list of customers to never disconnect regardless of delinquency
• Once the user has decided the list is ready to be disconnected, they can disconnect them all at once
• The system is fully integrated into Cash Receipts so when the customers start paying, they are reconnected.
• It is able to provision the Metaswitch
• It is able to provision the Minerva
• It is able to provision the DMS 100
• It is able to provision the T7000
• For systems it does not automatically provision, it has the ability to notify technicians so they can manually disconnect and reconnect the customer
