• They can choose whether they want to view account information, or the information for an individual phone number

Main Account

• Recurring charges can be organized by any column in the grid.
• Examples: Billing Type, Location, Start Bill Date, etc.

Phone Number

• Users can add alarms and other special types of notes which will pop up when customer information is accessed
