• Internally generated reports are automatically saved in RV1
• You have the ability to add other reports generated outside the system such as PDF files or Excel documents

RV1 Reports

• The primary interface for RV1 allows you to search for and obtain reports by group
  
  
  
  
• You can limit search results by date and description
  
  
  
  
  • In this example we chose to view the A/P A/P - CHECK report group
  • We will see all checks in that group on the date specified
    
    
    
    
    • If we want to see the PDF of an individual check, we just double click on it
